but I don't always have the brain power to come up with new and interesting things. Plus, since I'm mom, no one wants to do what I'm doing. It's much different when Teacher Emily presents the project :)

and the options of pre-recorded art and LIVE art. Also the message that art is messy and imperfect - I have a wanna be perfectionist artist who gets easily frustrated in my house.

I loved that it was a project they could do on their own and they used medium that's different than the children normally use. It was nice to see them learning new skills as young artists.
